Some teenagers feel overwhelmed by the demands of daily life, including homework, chores, extracurricular activities, and after-school jobs. It is important that you also find time in your day, or at least in your week, to spend time doing activities you enjoy. Think about what makes you feel happy and then schedule some time to do those activities. Remember that engaging in activities that make you feel happy is an important part of maintaining good mental and emotional health.
