  1. Do you follow the rules of any physical activity, especially sports, in which you participate?
  2. Are you physically active for a total of 60 minutes or more each day?
  3. Do you do cardio activities like playing sports, riding your bike, or taking a dance class?
  4. Can you balance on one foot, do a handstand, or ride a skateboard?
  5. Do you drink lots of water before, during, and after physical activity?
