These kitchens may be in your school, in a house, or in a restaurant. As you visit each kitchen, take notes about the equipment used, the type of work triangle in the kitchen, and the shape of the kitchen. Interview users of the kitchen about the advantages and disadvantages of their kitchen layouts. Then, answer the questions that follow.
