Babysitting Dilemma

Read the case study below.

Leo is a popular babysitter in the neighborhood. Parents feel comfortable leaving their children with him, and the children enjoy their time with Leo. Leo has agreed to babysit for the two Albertson children for three hours for a certain amount of money. When he arrives, Mrs. Albertson asks him to wash the dishes and iron clothes in addition to babysitting. This was not part of the agreement.
