(0:00 - 0:06): A design team is structured in a hierarchy. Team members work together and share ideas to complete the final project while performing their particular role.

(0:07 - 0:08): The creative director monitors progress and sets the creative vision and direction of the projects. Also performs most promotional and marketing duties.

(0:09 - 0:10): The project manager is responsible for coordinating lead managers and ensuring project components are on task and well managed.

(0:11 - 0:12): The lead designer is responsible for the overall function of the design team. Responsible for making the game concept come to life in a playable game.

(0:13 - 0:14): A level designer is responsible for creating the game world and game functions for single levels by implementing design documents.

(0:15 - 0:16): The user interface designer is responsible for creating the controls that a player uses to move and interact with the game.

(0:17 - 0:18): The game writer is responsible for creating character depth and interaction. This includes character backstory, game introductions, and dialogue.

(0:19 - 0:20): The art designer is responsible for creating the visual elements of the game, including characters, buildings, objects, and backdrops.

(0:21 - 0:22): The audio engineer is responsible for creating all sounds, noises, voice-overs, and music to add depth to the game.

(0:23 - 0:24): The quality assurance tester plays games and levels over and over to test each part of the game for proper operation.
